About born2groove

History

It all began in the year 2000,
Four friends, all with a clear image how a 'good' party had to look like, sat down together to brainstorm about how to make this reality.

The party was to take place in the basement of the studenthouse they all lived in. Before, there were just these popular student parties, but this time it was about to get a bit different.
'Soul Basement' presented 'Born to Groove' and it was quite a succes.

After the party, the idea stayed alive. In spring 2002 the official follow-up took place. Going outdoors, a new name for the organisation had to be chosen: born2groove (how about some recycling of previous idea's ;-))

As of 2004 things started to get more going. A couple of successful parties have taken place, and things are taking off in some renowned places.. Stay tuned!
